Serpentile holistics is a holistic therapy service which aims to promote self-care and relaxation. Through massage and energy work, my aim is to help the client find relief in their daily lives from physical and emotional stress.

If left unchecked, stored emotions & stresses can build up like a volcano. Finding time for yourself to relax your body and calm the nervous system can help relieve the pressure, helping you to let go and manage stressful situations from a place of clarity and calm.

Massage extends far beyond relaxation and the occasional pamper, it is a therapy which when used regularly is a way to help regulate the nervous system and aid the mind and body to let go. Paired with the flow or Reiki, it can assist in the uprooting of stagnant energy and deep seated baggage that can get trapped in our bodies and cause discomfort, pain and injury.

My vision is born from the desire to help others to achieve a state of wellbeing where the mind and body can bring itself back into a state of balance. I offer this through reiki healing and massage.
