As of 1st January 2025 I will no longer be offering this offer to new customers. This offer will be replaced with a loyalty card for single treatment purchases for those clients who do not want to commit to regular appointments, or the 6 for 5 offer for regular customers, see below.

As of 1st January 2025, clients will be given a loyalty card for their treatment. Once 9 treatments have been purchased, they will receive their 10th free of charge. This replaces the 10% discount for new subscribers. Treatments can be mixed and matched as long as they are the same price and duration. The loyalty card is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and can only be used for single treatment purchases.

As of 1st January 2025, clients who prefer to come regularly can now purchase 5 treatments and get the 6th free and must be used within a 6 month period.

This payment method is used seperately from the loyalty card which is only valid on single purchases.

Gift vouchers can be purchased and used for any of my treatments and are to be paid in full, not in conjunction with any other offer.

Gift vouchers can be collected in person from Younique Wellbeing Studios after purchase, or sent via a Royal Mail Signed For service at the purchasers expense, added on at time of purchase.

Gift vouchers will be allocated a number for the customer and checked on booking and at the appointment. Please bring your voucher with you to your appointment. In the case of a lost voucher, proof of purchase / name of purchaser will be required and thereafter the previous alloted number will be scrapped and a new number allocated if needed. These precautions avoid duplication or misuse of the voucher.

Serpentile Holistics understands that unanticipated events may lead to cancelled or missed appointments however, we ask that you give 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or move your appointment. Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments within the stipulated 24hours or consistently miss appointments as "no-shows" will no longer be granted appointments with Serpentile Holistics.

In the unlikely event that Serpentile Holistics need to cancel or move an appointment at short notice, within 24hrs, your appointment will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Should you have pre-paid for an appointment, and not be able to rebook, a full refund will be given or credit held for your next appointment at your request.

Serpentile Holistics reserves the right to cancel treatment on the day of appointment if the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that deems the client to be inebriated or intoxicated. We are unable to provide treatment to clients in this state.

Clients are kindly asked that they do not attend appointments if they are poorly, infectious or suspect having COVID19.

If the client is late for their treatment, and their treatment cannot be extended, it will end at the appointed time.

If the Therapist is late, additional time will be added to the treatment or to subsequent treatments.

You are responsible for keeping all your contact information and marketing preferences up to date with the Therapist.

The Therapist will only do what you ask him/her to do, or what you have given him/her permission to do with any personal or sensitive information held about you.

When you book an appointment, The Therapist will collect personal details such as your name, address, email and telephone numbers. This information is used to identify you and contact you about the appointments and services you have booked and to add you manually to their email subscription if agreed.

When you provide Serpentile Holistics with your personal information through completing your consultation form, making a payment or contacting Serpentile Holistics about their services, you are giving your consent to collect that information and using it for that specific reason.

Serpentile Holistics will not use your personal information for any secondary reason unless they asks you directly for consent to do so, for example adding you to the email subscription so that you can recieve newsletters and offers. All data is taken and held sucurely in line with GDPR law and detailed in the privacy policy.

Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

For the purpose of legal protection, Serpentile Holistics is required to hold the personal information you have given to them to provide you with treatments and the notes about those treatments for a minimum of ten years.

Ten years after your last treatment Serpentile Holistics will permanently delete all your personal information held.

Should you wish to withdraw your consent regarding your personal information please email with your request.

You have the right to review the personal information Serpentile Holistics stores about you and your treatment sessions at any time.

You also have the right to request Serpentile Holistics update or amend your data if it is incorrect.
